It’s a joy to meander through the shade of great trees and into the sunny meadows, breathing in fresh perfumed air, feeling the breeze on blow across my skin as the birds create a symphony of joyful song all around you!
You learn a lot by observing each unique plant growing according to its unique perfect design. You see how plants adjust their growth to get the most benefit from their environment. You also see how each plant contributes its own unique qualities to help the garden.
Soon you begin to experience gratitude as you realize that our Mother Earth’s creation gives us everything we have and gives it to us in infinite abundance.
All of our food, air, water, fire, even the ground we stand on, is a gift provided from Mother Earth.
I speak of Mother Earth as a person because I believe she is a benevolent living entity who will give forever if she is treated with the respect and honor that she so deserves.
I am writing this book to help Mother Earth and to help you at the same time, because I believe that food forests are a key to a healthy planet and to freedom and abundance for all of us earth-dwelling lifeforms!
For as long as we can remember, people have been fighting against tyranny and oppression to become free, and still today we fight the same fight against tyranny and oppression.
I suggest we start a revolution – not with violence, but today let us fight our battles by growing beautiful food forests. I ask you to join me in enjoying nature’s infinite abundance.
So let’s talk about how you can live a healthy joyful life as you create your own food forest!
